Caleb Kiefer has a diverse background in engineering and law enforcement. Currently serving as a Road Patrol Officer for the City of Kentwood since April 2022, Kiefer also holds responsibilities as a fitness instructor and drone team operator. Previous experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at Medbio, LLC, and Manufacturing Engineer at ABC Technologies, where Kiefer specialized in injection molding process development and troubleshooting. Notably, Kiefer has held various positions at Innotec, including Manufacturing Cell Leader and Injection Molding Plastics Engineer, overseeing injection molding processes and leading teams on quality control and project execution. Kiefer’s educational credentials include a B.S. in Plastics Engineering Technology from Penn State Erie and completion of the Police Academy at Grand Valley State University.
