Alwin Collado

Alwin Collado, MBA, is a seasoned professional in risk management and human resources with extensive experience in both civilian and military sectors. Currently serving as the Risk Manager for the City of Killeen, Texas, since January 2018, Alwin oversees risk mitigation, the City Safety program, and the Workers Compensation program. Prior roles include Risk Manager/Human Resources Generalist for the City of Copperas Cove, Texas, and senior military leadership positions within the US Army, where Alwin developed expertise in program management, training, and operational oversight. Alwin holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Inter American University of Puerto Rico.
