Judith Tangalin

Judith Tangalin, CPA, CGFO, has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Executive Director of Finance for the City of Killeen, Texas, since October 2015. Judith has held various positions within the city, including Controller, Management Accountant, and Staff Accountant. Prior to this role, Judith served as a Chemical Specialist for the U.S. Army from January 2002 to December 2012. Judith holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University–Central Texas (2013-2015) and a Master's degree in Accounting and Government from Rutgers University (2018-2020).
