Michael Watson, PSHRA-CP, SSYB, currently serves as a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated, and has held the position of Human Resources Information System Administrator and Human Resource Generalist for the City of Killeen, Texas, since April 2021. With prior experience as a Human Resources Generalist for the City of Georgetown and roles at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement as an Enforcement and Removal Assistant, Michael has demonstrated expertise in HR operations, compliance, and employee relations. Michael's career includes significant contributions as an HR Specialist in the U.S. Department of the Army and extensive service as a Senior Human Resources Manager, overseeing personnel welfare and training. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University and multiple certificates from Villanova University, emphasizing HR administration and organizational effectiveness.
