Kyle McIntosh

Kyle McIntosh serves as the Director of IT for the City of Kingston since April 2011, overseeing a range of technological operations across all city departments. Responsibilities include coordinating system and network maintenance, researching and recommending hardware and software solutions, implementing new technologies, providing on-site training, and identifying cost-saving measures. Prior to this role, Kyle McIntosh worked as a Network Support Technician at the City of Kingston from January 2007 to April 2011, managing daily operations for 13 servers and 175 end users, while also being available on call 24/7.
