James Lew is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Systems Analyst and previously as a Technology Associate and Bus Operator in the Parking Services division at the City of Kingston since July 2014, James has a solid foundation in municipal operations. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Sales Associate at Best Buy Canada and a Customer Service Representative at Bell. Additionally, James co-founded Technotopia Inc., an innovative online directory for Kingston, which expanded its services to nearby municipalities. James is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies at Queen's University while maintaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the same institution.
