Jess Rogers

Jess Rogers is an experienced Data Architect and Systems Analyst at the City of Kingston since November 2013, previously serving as a GIS Technician at Utilities Kingston. With a strong foundation in Geographic Information Systems, Jess's responsibilities include map production, data analysis, and the integration of GIS workflows. Prior experience includes a Research Assistant role at the University of Guelph, where Jess managed field research projects and large data set analysis. Additionally, Jess served as a Teaching Assistant, instructing undergraduate courses, and as a Laboratory Technician, supporting research staff with technical tasks. Jess holds a Master of Science in Geography and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Science from the University of Guelph.
