Julie Massey M.ed

Julie Massey, M.Ed, serves as a Learning and Development Specialist at the City of Kingston since January 2023. Previously, Julie held the position of Professor at St. Lawrence College from September 2015 to December 2022, and worked as an Occasional Teacher with the Limestone District School Board from October 2014 to May 2018. Julie's experience also includes a role as a Service Representative at Empire Life from December 2014 to June 2015 and teaching at Alfriston School from 2007 to 2014. Early career teaching positions include a tenure with the York Region District School Board from April 2000 to June 2001. Julie's educational qualifications include a Master of Education degree from the University of Prince Edward Island, a Bachelor's Degree in Education from York University, partial studies in Early Childhood Education from Fanshawe College, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Sociology from Western University. Recently, Julie earned a Micro Credential in Introducing the Promise of Engagement from Delaney Academy in May 2023.
