Kelly Allen

Kelly Allen is an experienced IT Project Manager currently employed by the City of Kingston since January 2017. Prior to this role, Kelly held positions at Kingston General Hospital and Hotel Dieu Hospital, leading various technology projects and implementing comprehensive tracking processes for project performance. With a career spanning from 1992 to the present, Kelly has expertise in project management, application support, systems analysis, and software development, including significant responsibilities in managing IT infrastructure and application lifecycle. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Adult Education from Brock University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of New Brunswick.
