Luke Follwell

Luke Follwell has a diverse work experience. Luke began their career in 2004 as a Development Technologist at the City of Kingston. In 2005, they transitioned to Utilities Kingston where they worked as a Utility Engineer until 2009. Luke then returned to the City of Kingston and held various positions, including Manager of Recreation Facilities, Acting Director of Recreation & Leisure Services, and finally Director of Recreation & Leisure Services. In 2019, they became the Director of Engineering Services at the City of Kingston.

Luke Follwell obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Civil Engineering from Queen's University. Luke completed their studies at Queen's University from the year 2000 to 2004.
