Martha Rudden

Martha Rudden is an experienced professional with a strong background in community service and education. Currently serving as a Bilingual Case Manager for the City of Kingston since April 2019, Martha has previously managed literacy and basic skills programs at Kingston Literacy & Skills from November 1995 to March 2019. Earlier in the career, Martha held the position of Administrative Director at the National Film Theatre of Kingston from January 1988 to September 1994 and worked as an Independent Film and Video Maker with Admit One Productions during the same period, focusing on short films and videos for non-profit agencies. Martha earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Film and Media Studies from Queen's University, completing the degree in 1986.
