Mike Zaharopoulos has extensive experience in customer service and data management, currently serving as a Customer Experience Agent for the City of Kingston since January 2018. Prior to this role, Mike held multiple positions as a Data Specialist at Tyroute Telus Communication and its predecessor companies from 2007 to 2017. Early in the career, Mike gained experience as a Customer Service Representative at StarTek from December 2004 to February 2005. Mike is an alumnus of St. Lawrence College.
