Currently serving in multiple roles at the City of Kingston since August 2019, including GIS Analyst and Geographic Information Systems Coordinator, Ryan previously contributed as a GIS Analyst at Jewell Engineering Inc. and held various positions at the Ontario Ministry of Transportation. Educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Algonquin College and a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from Queen's University.
