Wayne Rice

Wayne Rice is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Manager of IT for the City of Kingston. Previously, Wayne worked for the Department of National Defence from October 1983 to October 1995 in Meteorological Services. Wayne holds a degree in Information Systems and Business Administration from Saint Lawrence College, where studies were completed from 1995 to 1998.
