Erika Mascorro

Erika Mascorro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and community engagement. Currently serving as the DEIB Manager for the City of Kirkland, Erika previously held the position of Program Manager at the Washington Traffic Safety Commission, where notable accomplishments included developing a Social Justice, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Roadmap and implementing the agency's first multicultural engagement chapter in the Washington State Traffic Safety Strategic Plan. Erika has also contributed to various organizations, including serving as an Obama White House Appointee, managing programs at the Washington State Department of Transportation, and working in community relations with the San Antonio River Authority. Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Sociology, and Criminal Justice from Our Lady of the Lake University.
