Hayley Hagen

Hayley Hagen is currently working as a Human Resources Analyst at the City of Kirkland since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Bastyr University from January 2019 to June 2021, where they held various roles including Senior Human Resources Generalist, HR Generalist, and Human Resources Coordinator. At Bastyr University, they performed market analyses, conducted position classifications, and participated in salary surveys. Hayley also implemented LinkedIn Learning as a professional development resource and developed materials for hiring managers.

From November 2017 to January 2019, Hayley worked at Seattle University as an Office Manager and Senior Administrative Assistant for the Office of Institutional Equity. In this role, they provided assistance to community members reporting instances of harassment and discrimination, managed confidential materials, and ensured excellent customer service.

Hayley also has experience working at Andeo International Homestays as a Programs Coordinator from March 2015 to October 2017. Hayley Hagen completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Studies: the Middle East at Portland State University, from 2011 to 2015. In 2018, they attended Seattle University, where they studied Organizational Leadership. Prior to attending Portland State University, Hayley Hagen briefly attended the University of Portland in 2010 and 2011, focusing on History.
