Veronica Hill

Veronica Hill has a strong background in financial analysis and emergency management. Veronica currently holds the position of Senior Financial Analyst - Public Safety at the City of Kirkland since April 2021. Prior to this, Veronica worked for the King County Office of Emergency Management as a Business & Finance Officer from September 2015 to April 2021. Veronica also served as an Administrative Program Manager at the Pierce County Department of Emergency Management from September 2005 to September 2015. Veronica began their career as a Budget Analyst at Pierce County Budget & Finance, where they worked from 1997 to 2005.

Veronica Hill obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Pacific Lutheran University, which they attended from 1986 to 1988. In 2011, Veronica participated in the Advanced Government Finance Institute offered by the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), where they focused on Government Finance.
