Josue Mourino

Josue Mourino has extensive experience in management and operations, currently serving as the Fleet Operations Foreman for the City of Kissimmee since November 2004. In this role, Josue oversees operations, team members, and technicians, ensuring exceptional customer service and quality work. Prior to this, Josue worked at Advance Auto Parts from March 1999 to December 2004, progressing from sales associate to assistant manager while successfully driving store profitability through inventory management and sales goal achievements. Josue began a career as a duct mechanic with Air Flow and Del-Air from June 1995 to March 1999, specializing in HVAC duct work installation. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with magna cum laude honors from Strayer University, and an Associate in Arts in Criminal Justice also with magna cum laude honors.
