Lawrence M. Clough P.e., C.f.m.

Lawrence M. Clough, P.E., C.F.M. serves as the Stormwater/Development Review Manager for the City of Kissimmee since July 2008, overseeing the administration and management of the City's Stormwater Utility, conducting rate reviews, and determining fees for commercial properties. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant County Engineer for Transportation in Osceola County from July 2005 to June 2008, and Engineer IV for the City of Kissimmee from October 2004 to July 2005. Lawrence M. Clough earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine between 1979 and 1982.
