Amber Nguyen is a skilled professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business Management from Conestoga College. Currently serving as a Support Services Representative and Team Lead for the Digital Service Squad in the Economic Development Department at the City of Kitchener, Amber has successfully consulted with over 500 local businesses, providing growth strategies and conducting thorough client assessments. Previously, Amber gained valuable experience at Starbucks as a Barista, enhancing customer service and communication skills, and worked as a Customer Service Representative at Max’s Golf Centre, managing inquiries and bookings.
