David Phan

David Phan is an experienced Engineering Technologist currently working with the City of Kitchener since September 2023, providing project management and civil engineering design services for Design & Approvals. Previously, David held the position of Engineering Technologist (Civil Technologist) at the City of Guelph from June 2018 to August 2023, focusing on civil design for road reconstructions and municipal infrastructure projects. David's career began at Stantec as a Civil CAD Designer from August 2013 to June 2018, where responsibilities included CAD design for watermain and sanitary sewer systems across North America. David holds an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from Conestoga College.
