Greg Demacio

Greg Demacio is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting, analysis, and audit management. Currently serving as Manager of Financial Reporting and Analysis at the City of Kitchener since May 2019, Greg has previously held key roles at EY from January 2009 to May 2019, including Assurance Manager and Senior Staff Accountant. In these roles, Greg led significant audit engagements and implemented innovative project management methodologies. Additional experience includes overseeing operations at GLOW - The Queer and Questioning Community Centre, where a record budget was secured, and various customer service positions at the University of Waterloo and Loblaw Companies Limited. Greg holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management, both from the University of Waterloo.
