Justin Readman is an accomplished leader in municipal development services with extensive experience in various roles within the City of Kitchener and City of Hamilton. As the General Manager of Development Services at the City of Kitchener since July 2013, Justin has successfully led a comprehensive Development Services Review, improving development approval times by 60 percent. Prior roles include Executive Director of Infrastructure Services and Director of Transportation Services, where Justin managed substantial budgets and diverse teams. At the City of Hamilton, Justin was instrumental in the implementation of the Light Rail Transit project and community engagement initiatives. Justin holds a Graduate Diploma in Planning from the University of Waterloo, a Master of Engineering in Public Policy from McMaster University, and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Guelph.
