Sarah Boss

Sarah Boss, CET, has extensive experience in municipal building and engineering technology, currently serving as a Municipal Building Official for the City of Kitchener since November 2015. Prior to this role, Sarah worked for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo from January 2011 to November 2015 as an Engineering Technician and GIS Technologist, where responsibilities included architectural and civil engineering drafting, along with managing multiple GIS databases. Earlier positions included Draftsperson roles at Freure Homes and Eastforest Homes Ltd., focusing on residential design compliance with building codes and preparing permit applications. Sarah holds a diploma in Architectural Engineering Technology/Technician from Conestoga College, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
