Julie B Beggs

Julie B. Beggs currently serves as the Assistant Director of Administrative Services for the City of Kyle, TX, beginning in March 2024. Julie holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Ethics from St. Edward's University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Texas State University.
