Tim Samford

Tim Samford currently serves as the Assistant Director of Water Utilities for the City of Kyle, TX, since October 2018, and holds the title of Division Manager of Treatment Operations. In addition, Tim has been a Board Member for Alliance Water since October 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Water Systems Operations Superintendent for the City of Texas City from May 2013 to October 2018, managing operations and maintenance of water storage and distribution facilities, and coordinating capital improvement projects. Tim also worked as a Water Production Operator II for the City of Pearland, Texas, from December 2008 to May 2013, and as a Water/Water Operator for the City of Lake Jackson from May 2004 to December 2008, where responsibilities included operating and maintaining water and wastewater facilities. Tim holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Alvin Community College, obtained between 2015 and 2017.
