Gretchen Spaniol

Gretchen Spaniol possesses extensive experience in public administration and human resources, currently serving as Special Projects Manager and previously as Human Resources Manager for the San Diego County Water Authority since 2013. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Del Mar from 2010 to 2013 and Management Analyst for the City of Vista from 2006 to 2010. Gretchen also contributed as MMASC - Regional Co-Chair in 2008 and 2012, having been a member since 2006. Prior to these roles, Gretchen worked as an Analyst for ICMA from 2004 to 2006. Educationally, Gretchen holds a Master of Public Administration in Public and Nonprofit Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
