Mary Sparks has extensive experience in education and design. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher and Student Teacher with the San Diego Unified School District and Grossmont Union High School District since March 2022 and August 2021, respectively, Mary adheres to curriculum requirements while promoting engaging and organized classroom environments. Prior to the education sector, Mary worked as a Project Designer at IGroup Design from August 2015 to December 2020, where collaboration on construction documents and team management were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant and Interior Design Support at JCJ Architecture from November 2006 to June 2014, emphasizing coordination and customer service in construction projects. Mary holds a Single Subject Teaching Credential from San Diego State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the same institution, along with an Associate’s degree from San Diego Mesa College.
