Ronald Thibodeaux

Ronald Thibodeaux has extensive experience in fire service and education, currently serving as a Fire Fighter-Engineer and holding positions such as Assistant Fire Chief and Battalion Chief with the City of La Porte since May 2001. Prior to this, Ronald worked as an Electronics/Electrical Supervisor for La Porte ISD from January 1986 until May 2023. Ronald's educational background includes studies at San Jacinto College from 2004 to 2009, completion of the Fire Academy in 2014, and a degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from the Texas Commission on Fire Protection. Currently, Ronald is pursuing further education at Columbia Southern University, expected to complete in May 2024, and attended Texas A&M University for a short program in 2019.
