Toby Wilburn

Toby Wilburn has extensive experience in public works and operational roles, currently serving as Operator 1 at Chambers County Road and Bridge since June 2018. In addition to this position, Toby has been involved in public works for the City of Mont Belvieu since 2015. Toby completed education at Barbers Hill High School from 1995 to 1998 and holds two certificates in Electrical from Lee College.
