Mirta Lerma has extensive experience in administrative and human resources roles, currently serving as an Administrative Technician in the Public Works/Engineering Division at the City of La Quinta since May 2017. Responsibilities include processing invoices, cash reporting, and providing administrative support. Previous experience encompasses various administrative and HR positions across multiple organizations, including HR responsibilities at Telecare Riverside and Destiny Church, and managing operations as a Human Resources Manager at Desert Princess Country Club. Mirta also served as a Career Services Coordinator at Milan Institute and held senior HR roles at Eisenhower Medical Center and VIASYS Healthcare. Mirta holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from the College of the Desert, completed in 2019.
