Steve Sanchez

Steve Sanchez currently serves as the District 66 Representative for the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) and holds the position of Executive Vice President at Wilson Meade Commercial Real Estate since January 2018. With a background in local government, Steve has been a Councilman for the City of La Quinta and an Authority Member for the La Quinta Housing Authority since December 2016. Additionally, Steve has served as a Commissioner for Riverside County LAFCO and has a history in commercial real estate as a previous agent at Wilson Johnson Commercial Real Estate. Previous roles include Marketing Consultant at Lamar Advertising and Account Executive at Desert Radio Group, where Steve received an Addy Award for creative copywriting. Steve also has political experience as a former District Director for a California State Assembly member and ran as a Republican candidate for California State Assembly in 2010.
