Tania Flores has extensive experience in administrative roles, currently serving as an Administrative Technician in the Design and Development/Planning Division at the City of La Quinta since November 2017. Prior positions include Management Assistant and Administrative Assistant at the same organization, as well as Medical Scribe and Assistant at STAT Urgent & Primary Care from August 2015 to November 2017, and Office Manager for Robert F. Steinberg, M.D. from 1996 to 2014. Tania holds a Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) designation from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks and has earned multiple degrees, including an Associate of Arts and an Associate of Science from College of the Desert, along with certificates in municipal clerk training from the City Clerks Association of California and the University of California, Riverside. Tania completed high school education at Palm Desert High School, graduating in 1995.
