Cale Brodersen

Cale Brodersen, AICP, is an experienced urban planner currently serving as an Associate City Planner with the City of La Vista since May 2019, following a progression from Assistant City Planner. Prior experience includes a role as a Sustainability Specialist at the UNL Office of Sustainability, where Cale focused on analyzing key sustainability performance indicators, strategic planning, and coordinating campus sustainability initiatives. Additionally, Cale was a General Partner at EpochLAB, working on sustainability master planning and educational campaigns, and gained operational experience as an intern with the Nebraska Board of Public Accountancy. Cale's early career included successful management of a painting business while pursuing education in business administration and community planning at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, culminating in a Master's degree in Community and Regional Planning.
