Andrew Toledo

Andrew Toledo is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in animal services and business management. Currently serving as the Operations Manager for Animal Services at the City of Lacey since March 2021, Andrew previously held the position of Clinic Manager at Animal Care Services for the City of San Antonio from September 2018 to March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Project Manager and Adoptions Manager at the Arizona Humane Society, as well as Operations Manager at Pacific Dental Services. Andrew began a career in coordination at Maritz, where work lasted from December 2004 to July 2009. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Kansas State University, earned between 2009 and 2011.
