Ashley Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as Design & Construction Manager and Capital Projects Manager at the City of Lacey since April 2015, Ashley has demonstrated expertise in civil engineering and water resources management. Prior experience includes a role as Chemist at Clean Harbors and eight years in the US Navy as Engineering Laboratory Technician and Machinist Mate First Class, focusing on Nuclear Power Plant Radiological Controls and Analytical Chemistry. Ashley holds an MBA in General Management from Trident University International, a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from The Evergreen State College, and a BSAST in Nuclear Engineering from Thomas Edison State University.
