Aubrey Collier, P.E., S.E. has been working as the City Engineer at City of Lacey since April 2013. Prior to that, Aubrey worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Sargent Engineers, Inc. for over a decade. Aubrey graduated from Saint Martin's University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and also holds an Associate of Arts degree from South Puget Sound Community College.
