Royce Young is an experienced professional in the environmental industry, currently serving as a Stormwater Program Planner and Engineering Technician III - Stormwater for the City of Lacey since September 2022. Prior to this role, Royce worked as a Stormwater Specialist for the City of DuPont and as a Stormwater Technician at Sol Solutions, LLC. Royce also has a background in the service industry, having worked at various establishments from 2000 to 2017, where valuable business, customer service, and problem resolution skills were gained. As an Environmental Scientist at HRL Compliance Solutions, Inc., Royce specialized in regulatory compliance for the oil and gas industry and led inspection efforts on pipelines.
