Ryan Jewell, EIT, is a Utilities Engineer with experience at the City of Lacey since November 2022. Previously, Ryan worked as a Civil Engineer at Gray & Osborne from January 2022 to November 2022, contributing to various municipal engineering projects across Western Washington, including sewer rehabilitation, water system updates, and park developments. Additional roles include Civil Engineer at O'Leary-Burke Civil Associates, where Ryan prepared site plans and performed site surveys, and an internship at Brienen Structural Engineers, focusing on structural design. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont, completed in 2021.
