Scott Frame, MPA, serves as the Parks and Landscape Maintenance Superintendent for the City of Laguna Niguel, CA, since September 2021. Prior experience includes various roles at the City of Irvine from November 2013 to September 2021, culminating in the positions of Landscape Maintenance Supervisor and Street Maintenance Supervisor. Scott's career in golf course management features leadership roles such as Director of Agronomy at Saint Mark Golf and Resort, Golf Course Superintendent at Eldorado Park Golf Course and The Deuce Golf Club, and earlier as an Assistant Superintendent at Hodge Park Golf Course. Scott began a career in the golf industry as an intern at Bellerive Country Club. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Affairs and a B.S. in Plant Science, Golf Course Management, both from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
