Barb Doster

Barb Doster is a seasoned Management Analyst with extensive experience in the Office of Management & Budget for the City of Lakeland, Florida, since April 2008. In this role, Barb develops, markets, and analyzes the annual Community Values Survey aimed at Lakeland residents. Prior to this position, Barb worked at Lakeland Electric from November 1994 to April 2008 as a Customer Service Representative, where responsibilities expanded across various departments, including Field Service, Credit & Collection, Delinquent, and Revenue Protection. Barb is an alumna of Polk State College.
