Jim Lilly is an experienced engineer currently serving as Engineer III for the City of Lakeland since June 2016, following earlier roles as Engineer I and II within the same organization. Prior to this, Jim worked as a Pulp Production Coordinator at Cutrale Citrus Juices USA Inc and completed a college internship as an Electrical Engineering Associate at Mitsubishi Power Systems Americas. Earlier career experiences include serving as a courier for Sterling Courier Services and holding various positions in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included leading a squad and maintaining armory security. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts from Polk State College.
