Lienys Delisle Tellez

Lienys Delisle Tellez is a skilled web developer with extensive experience in the field, currently employed by the City of Lakeland since September 2014. Prior to this role, Lienys worked as a contractor for EMS Consulting in early 2014 and served as a computer programmer at EICMA from January 2012 to August 2013, where contributions included the creation of the MINAG-VPN and the installation of virtual servers. Lienys also worked at ICIMAF from September 2010 to December 2011, developing the VIPoCloud project and utilizing languages such as Python and C++. Lienys holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Havana, which was completed in 2012.
