Sandra Cincotta possesses extensive experience in financial management and human resource information systems. Currently serving as the Payroll HRMS Manager for the City of Lakeland since December 1997, Cincotta oversees the accuracy and functionality of the City's HRIS. Previous roles include Finance Manager at Tampa Armature Works, where responsibilities spanned financial operations and staff management, and Financial Operations Manager for the City of Tigard, focusing on annual audits and staff supervision. Cincotta also served as Assistant Controller at Oregon Graduate Institute, ensuring financial operations complied with higher education standards, and as Special Revenue Accountant for the School District of Hillsborough County, managing significant grant operations and cash flows.
