Tom Kaufmann

Tom Kaufmann is a seasoned GIS technician currently employed by the City of Lakeland since February 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Engineering Plans Drafting Supervisor at the Philadelphia Water Department from October 1988 to February 2017, where responsibilities involved supervising CADD technicians and maintaining CAD systems. Earlier in their career, Tom worked as a drafter at Robert Lynn Associates and Burns Engineering, Inc., focusing on plumbing, HVAC, and electrical drafting in both AutoCAD and manual formats. Tom holds an Associate Degree in Drafting Technology from the American Institute of Drafting and a diploma in Drafting and Design Technology from Abraham Lincoln High School.
