Lisa Schlageter

Lisa Schlageter possesses extensive experience in customer service and human resources across various roles. Currently serving as an Account Supervisor for the City of Lakeway's Recycling & Trash department since March 2019, Lisa oversees customer service operations while managing call center inquiries. As the Owner and Customer Service Manager of Learning Express Toys since 2007, responsibilities include team management, employee training, performance reviews, payroll processing, and vendor account management. Previous positions include Permit Technician and Teaching Assistant, alongside roles at Teen & Family Counseling Center and Target Therapeutics as an Executive Administrative Assistant and Human Resources Generalist, respectively. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Counseling with a minor in Human Resources from the University of North Texas.
