Charles Carter

Charles Carter is an experienced professional with a background in neighborhood preservation and code enforcement. Currently serving as the Neighborhood Preservation Manager for the City of Lakewood, CA since April 2016, Charles has held multiple roles within the City of San Bernardino from December 1999 to April 2016, including Administrative Analyst II, Senior Code Enforcement Officer, and Interim Code Enforcement Division Manager. Additionally, Charles served as the CEO of Definitive Concepts from 2004 to 2010. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Redlands, obtained between 2007 and 2010, and has a background in education from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
