Cathy Schultz

Cathy Schultz is an experienced Planning/Analysis Manager with a tenure at the City of Lakewood since January 2002, where responsibilities include research and planning, management analysis reporting, as well as grant research, writing, and management. Previously, Cathy served as Supervisor of Research & Planning at the Omaha Police Department from January 1995 to April 2002, overseeing policy research, grant management, and accreditation processes. Cathy holds a Master of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Webster University, obtained between 1992 and 1996, and pursued education at Metropolitan State University of Denver from 1985 to 1995.
