Jennifer Iannapollo

Jennifer Iannapollo (Van Hook-Richman) is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as a Compensation Consultant for the City of Lakewood since April 2022, Jennifer previously held the position of Manager, Compensation and Benefits at SRP Companies from April 2019 to October 2020. Prior to that, Jennifer worked as the Director of Human Resources at Rise Broadband, overseeing HR functions for a startup internet provider. Jennifer's background also includes significant roles at Matrix Service Company as Manager of Corporate Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed compensation design and performance management, and as Supervisor in the General Human Resources Division at ONEOK, focusing on the administration of HR policies for a large division. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Rogers State University.
