Justin Rickett

Justin Rickett is an experienced public works professional currently serving as the Public Works Operations Manager for the City of Lakewood since November 2015. Previously, Justin held various leadership roles including Utilities Superintendent and Street Maintenance Storm Water Supervisor at Newstrom Davis Construction, where responsibilities included managing design/build projects for government institutions. Prior to that, Justin worked as a Project Superintendent at Tulsa Dynaspan, overseeing significant projects such as a 9-story air traffic control tower and several precast structures. Justin began a career in construction as the Owner Operator of Rickett Concrete Const., managing daily operations from January 1993 to January 2007. Education includes attendance at Coweta High School from 1980 to 1992.
